Kalogiri - situated East of Limassol where prices for villas begin from €1.9 million.

 
A group of small hills east of Limassol, very close to the town and to the motorway, about 1 km from the sea. Some of the houses have fabulous views. An unlimited variety of styles and sizes.  This is a good location if you can't decide between modern and old/character.
 
Sea Caves - Paphos - a favourite for many years for high budget property, around €3,000,000 and above.
 
An amphitheatric area between Paphos and Akamas peninsula. Very quiet and with beautiful views to the sea. Some of the houses are very close to the sea.

On the beach in Limassol or Larnaca - Two very thriving towns with everything on your doorstep.  Another place to visit is Amathus.  Prices of property available from €750,000 to €2,500,000.

 

Buying property here is beneficial if you have a business as they both have good commercial areas.  Plus living close to the sea gives you the best of both worlds.  Don't forget the incredible transformation of Limassol Marina where you can anchor your own boat at the end of your garden.
