Transfer Fees

Payable by the purchaser when the title deeds are issued  and names are transferred.

Fees range from 3% upto 8% depending on the value of the property, ask us for details.


Finance/Loans

Deposit amount for property purchases is normally 30% of the value, in some cases 20% is possible.  There are a number of developers offering 100% loans where the developer will pay the deposit for you.  These offers change frequently, ask us about this.

Stamp Duty for Property Purchase

Stamp duty of 1.50 Euro per 1,000 Euro is applicable on contracts with a value up to 171,000 Euro.  For values above this, the rate is 2.00 Euro per 1,000 Euro.  The stamp duty is to be paid by the purchaser within the 30 days of signing the contract.
