Stamp Duty for Property Purchase
Stamp duty of 1.50 Euro per 1,000 Euro is applicable on contracts with a value up to 171,000 Euro. For values above this, the rate is 2.00 Euro per 1,000 Euro. The stamp duty is to be paid by the purchaser within the 30 days of signing the contract.
